  Dr. Fahl put my husband's knee back together, with donor ligaments & was exceptional at explaining the complex in layman's terms & making sure to address our questions and concerns. The staff is busy, and most will tell you who will be the ones you need to get the answers from... 4 years later, Dr. Hammit did surgery on his ankle after it was broken & we were again having multiple doc visits & physical therapy to contend with & everyone there has their particular jobs based on their skills & all were kind in connecting us to the right one to address our questions or needs... thanks to the entire staff for all your hard work and help when we needed it most!

  Dr. Fahl is a great surgeon, however, his staff at his Tomball office is the largest group of rude & incompetent medical professionals I have ever seen in action. Not only was every request for medical information by my insurance company met with an "you will get it when you get it" attitude, but, they will charge you anywhere from $10 - $25 for any work release / insurance disability claim form that is requested by your place of employment or your insurance company (the forms are not even signed they are stamped with a signature and they still charge you for each one). They also have a policy that if you are late for an appointment or do not show up they will charge you a $50.00 fee, which is funny, because I have shown up to my appointments 10-15 minutes early and still had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to be seen and when I am finally seen its a 50/50 chance that it will actually be the doctor I scheduled the appointment with! If you have any other options for your orthopedic needs I woud go elsewhere, this place is horrible!
