  As always, my experience at LFAS was first rate. Dr. Walsh noted significant swelling and discoloration around my Tailer's bunion and decided to drain the fluids. The incision revealed a surprise. In addition to draining, this also revealed the source of my intense pain: a cyst right under the end of the 5th metatarsal bone (right next to the small toe). Dr. Walsh extracted the cyst and I walked out pain free. I know this isn't a miracle, but it sure seemed like one to me.

  I went to another specialist to treat my condition. The other place I went wanted to treat through several creams ( I guess since I had good insurance they just kept sending stuff for weeks ) and rest. With my job there was no chance for rest and the creams didn't work. I went to Louetta Foot and Ankle Specialists and saw Dr. Fiala. He game me my options and I had relief starting in hours and improved to a non-existent condition over the next couple days. I couldn't be happier!

  As a first time patient at the Louetta Foot and Ankle Specialist office I was extremely pleased with the service rendered. The office staff was very efficient and professional in the manner they conducted their business. The receptionist was friendly in greeting me and taking, recording and filing my personal information and getting my insurance filed and confirmed. The waiting time in the reception area was pleasantly very short; I was taken back to an exam room within only a few minutes of my appointment time. The office nurse was very courteous in her preliminary exam and I was comfortably set up in a timely manner. Dr. Walsh came in the room very shortly after the nurse completed her prep work. Dr. Walsh is a very pleasant person, she put me at ease very quickly as she assessed my injury. She explained everything as she inspected my foot and made sure I understood everything about the condition she diagnosed. She performed a minor procedure in a very proficient manner and was extremely careful in making the procedure as comfortable for me as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Walsh and the Louetta Foot and Ankle office.
