  I've been going to this doctor since I was born. 25 years! As an adult, I moved to Austin for a bit and tried several different doctors there and they were all terrible. I usually just see Bethany so this review is mostly for her. She's fantastic and takes her time with you to really understand why you're there and how she can help. She's honest and doesn't push meds on you which is hard to find now. She really has helped me so much from my teens to now. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you for everything!

  Was a patient for several years but after today I will never go back. Wife made appointment for 3pm but when we arrive staff was very ugly and rude and told us we didn't make an appointment. My wife had the call on speaker and I clearly heard them schedule the appointment. The he/she running the place was very ugly, rude, and unprofessional. Told me I know you think you made a appointment but you didn't. Then who did we speak with Santa Claus? Last time I went for a check up for work they made me wait an hour and a half and then lost the paperwork that I gave them that was supposed to be sent into my health care provider. I called them and told them the problem abd you know what they did? Sent the year before paperwork instead. So I had to call for a 3rd time to track down the correct documents. never never never will I return to that doctors office they do not care about their patients or customers.
